Notice: Canvas token issue impacting Connect/SIMnet links and grade sync We’re aware of a Canvas-related token issue that can prompt repeated re-authorization and block key actions in the McGraw Hill integration. When it occurs, some features may not work as expected, including grade sync and deploying assignments. Impact: Grade sync from Connect/SIMnet to Canvas may fail, and assignment deployment or links may not complete—especially during active student activity or exams. Workaround (instructor steps): Launch the McGraw Hill tool in Canvas from the affected course. Re-authorize the integration when prompted. Run a grade sync and/or retry the assignment deployment. Grades might take up to 45 minutes to sync Status: We have an open case with Instructure (Canvas) leadership and will provide updates as they share progress.
